Olive Farms is a low-density gated community of farmhouses, each on its own plot of land, built around space, privacy and outdoor living.
Every home is a single-storey farmhouse of one to three bedrooms with an open layout that opens onto a secluded private garden. Plots of 260 to 350 m² are enclosed by 2.2–2.4 m perimeter walls, and each house has its own parking. The community sits inside Jebel Sifah, a resort on the coast of Muscat Governorate with a marina, a nine-hole golf course, a beach club and restaurants. More than 85% of the resort master plan is open green space, and the internal roads are made for walking and cycling.
